Dele Alli's rise to prominence with Tottenham and England has been confirmed by the midfielder being named the world's fourth best U21 player with Manchester United's French forward Anthony Martial top of the list.
Dele Alli - valued at £28.3m by the Soccerex report only two years after Tottenham paid £5m to sign him - was turning out for League One MK Dons a year ago, but has made a remarkable rise to prominence.
He has now played 58 times for club and country, including four appearances for England at the Euro 2016 finals only eight months after making his international debut for the national side.
Martial, 20, joined United from Monaco for £36m last September, turning out 61 times for club and country and helping host nation France to reach the final of the Euro finals where they lost 1-0 to Portugal in the final in Paris.
Martial's United team-mate Marcus Rashford also earns a place in the top 10.
He is listed in seventh place, scoring nine goals for United and England in 21 appearances having only made his debut in a Europa League match against Midtjylland in February.
Winger Leroy Sane of Schalke - tipped to move to Manchester City this summer - and Portugal's Renato Sanches of Bayern Munich split the Premier League pair while 19-year-old Manchester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho earns a place at ninth in the list.
