Chelsea enjoyed a 2-0 win in Denmark over Brondby but Real Madrid were humbled in Germany in another busy night of pre-season action.

Didier Drogba fired in two second-half strikes for Chelsea as they were victorious in Copenhagen in a competitive friendly.
The Ivory Coast international rose above the goalkeeper to head in a cross from the right for the English Premier League side's first in the 62nd minute.
Drogba played a one-two with Peruvian strike partner Claudio Pizarro before racing into the box to shoot home the second five minutes from the end.
Of some concern for Chelsea fans was the sight of John Obi Mikel being substituted after just 30 minutes but it is unclear whether he picked up an injury.
Szabolcs Huszti, Gunnar Heidar Thorvaldsson, and Benjamin Lauth got the goals as Bundesliga side Hannover humbled Real Madrid 3-0 at home.
Real were not the only big name team to suffer defeat though as Bayern Munich also slumped to a loss.

A last minute goal from Anderson helped Everton earn a 2-2 with Werder Bremen at Goodison Park.
In worrying news for the Toffees however, Tim Cahill was taken off to undergo a precautionary X-ray.
Dean Aston continued his rehabilitation from injury with a goal against Norwich City as the Hammers won 2-1 at Carrow Road.

While,despite playing, Maik Taylor, Neil Kilkenny, Neil Danns and Rowan Vine a Birmingham City XI go down 4-1 to Football League new boys Dagenham & Redbridge at Victoria Road.
