Ronny Deila wants Celtic to put their best foot forward when they take on East Kilbride in their William Hill Scottish Cup fifth-round tie on Sunday.
The Parkhead club and the Norwegian himself are still reeling from back-to-back losses which has left the subject of Deila's future up for discussion.
The 2-1 defeat by Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Wednesday night cut the Hoops' lead over the Dons at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership table to three points.
The performance and scoreline resulted in another outcry from disgruntled Celtic fans who saw hopes of a domestic treble ended with a shock 3-1 loss to Ross County in the League Cup at Hampden Park on Sunday.
Deila is looking for his players to respond in the best possible way against the Lowland League outfit at Airdrie's Excelsior Stadium.
He said: "This is going to be a good game. A big occasion for them and it's an important game for us also.
"It is a trophy that I haven't won before and of course it is the biggest cup in Scotland. So I am looking forward to the game.
"It is a good opportunity to show a better side to us than on Wednesday and get through to the next round."
Deila will see if any bumps and bruises picked up in the Granite City are significant before he names his starting line-up.
The former Stromsgodset boss said: "We will see who is fit or not but of course we will go with a strong team. That is always what we do.
"We want to win the game and in a good way as well, so we need to play a strong team."
Patrick Roberts, who signed for Celtic on an 18-month loan deal from Manchester City on transfer deadline day, did his chances of some game time no harm on Friday.
The former Fulham player celebrated his 19th birthday by scoring once and having a hand in three goals in the development team's 4-0 win over Motherwell at Morton's Cappielow.
