Roy Keane: It's the end for Rooney at Manchester United... he must be fuming

Roy Keane believes that Wayne Rooney's time at Manchester United is effectively at an end after he was snubbed by manager Jose Mourinho against Anderlecht in the Europa League quarter-final victory.

The club captain remained on the substitutes' bench all evening, despite the match going to extra-time and central striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic having to go off with injury late in the game.
Anthony Martial came on in place of the Swede with United having to rely on Marcus Rashford to score the crucial goal that took them through to the last four.
And with Rooney linked with moves away from the club, with little game time this season, Keane thinks this could the record scorer's last year at Old Trafford.
He told ITV: "In terms of the bigger picture I’d have thought that’s the end of Wayne at Manchester United.
Keane added that Rooney will still see some action in the remainder of the season but insisted he must be angry at not playing since the 0-0 draw with West Brom on April 1.
"He will obviously contribute until the end of the season because of injuries", added Keane.
But he must be fuming not to be brought on. I think that’s the final nail in the coffin for him, definitely.
"Leading scorer at the club, I’d expect him to be fuming, if he’s not fuming then he’s obviously lost the eye of the tiger. He must be like a mad man tonight, he must be."
