Celtic land teenage hotshot Moussa Dembele

Celtic have beaten a host of Europe’s top clubs to sign Moussa Dembele from Fulham on a four-year deal.

The 19-year-old forward, who was reportedly pursued by a host of clubs including Juventus, PSG and Tottenham, becomes Brendan Rodgers’ first signing at Celtic Park.

“I’m happy. I’m glad to be at a massive club like Celtic and I can’t wait to start,” Dembele told the club’s official website.

“It’s a massive thing to come to this club. To be the first signing of Brendan Rodgers is something unreal for me.”

Dembele bagged 17 goals in 46 appearances for Fulham last season.
