Heckling apparently occured during the Universal Cup tournament - a 48-team event including Chelsea and Juventus - in Tuscany.
In the last four of the tournament, black kids were verbally abused by the adults on the sidelines.
Milan won 4-0, but notified the tournament organisers of the alleged racist nature of the abuse.
Milan later a released a statement on their website: "We can confirm the alleged episodes of racism towards the black children by several 'people' in the stands during Milan v PSG yesterday.
"We do not want to amplify or exaggerate anything, but we very much hope that this is not true and that it was just something isolated.
"If that isn't the case then it would be absolutely unacceptable."
