Inter Milan complete capture of Wolfsburg's Ivan Perisic

The Croatian flew in on Saturday and passed his medical, while he was in the stands for tonight’s 2-1 win over Carpi.

Wolfsburg and Inter both released statements confirming the transfer had been completed.

Perisic has signed a contract with the Nerazzurri to June 30 2020.

“The situation changed quickly, as we were able to realise a good solution for all involved,” said Wolfsburg director of sport Klaus Allofs.

“We wish Ivan and his new club all the best.”

The news comes on the same day as another key Wolfsburg player, Kevin de Bruyne, made his move to Manchester City official - and also on the same day a new player arrived at the German club, with defender Dante signing from Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich.
