Paul Pogba’s agent says his player hasn’t ruled out staying at Juventus, despite feverish interest in the Frenchman across Europe.
The French midfielder is considered one of the brightest prospects in world football, and despite having signed a new deal in October, has been consistently linked with the exit door.
All the big clubs are interested,” Raiola admitted in an interview with French newspaper Le Parisien.
"We respect the leagues in France, Germany, Spain, England and Italy. Ligue 1 is not too small for Paul [he has been linked with Paris Saint-Germain].
"Everyone thinks that he’ll leave Juventus, but that’s not certain. It all depends on the will of the club and of Paul. If the time to leave comes, he’ll leave.”
The bookies have Pogba 5/4 to stay at Juventus this summer, with Real Madrid the favourites to the midfielder at 5/2. Manchester City are just behind Real in the betting.
OUR VIEW
When a player attracts as much interest as Pogba has this year, it usually means only one thing: he's going. And probably to Real Madrid. It seems as though the Frenchman has outgrown Juventus and, while his agent is being cagey, the chances are negotiations are probably well underway for a summer exit.
