Report: Juventus accept €40m bid from Bayern Munich for Arturo Vidal

Juventus have accepted a €40 million (£28 million) bid for Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munich, according to several reports.
Sky Sport Italia were among those to report that the two clubs have practically agreed terms, with Vidal’s agent Fernando Felicevich already in Munich to discuss personal terms.
The Chilean, 28, will reportedly sign a four-year contract worth €6.5m (£4.5m) per season.
Vidal courted controversy at the Copa America before helping Chile to victory on home soil.
The midfielder was arrested on drink-driving charges after crashing his Ferrari on the outskirts of Santiago during the tournament’s group stage.
He was previously close to joining Bayern in 2011 from Bayer Leverkusen, but joined Juve instead in a €12.5 million deal.
OUR VIEW
It’s a sensible move for Vidal. With the departure of Bastian Schweinsteiger, Bayern Munich have a gap in their midfield – and the tenacious Chilean would slot right in.
But when do the alarm bells start ringing at Juventus? The exodus is gathering pace. Of the side that started the Champions League final in June, Carlos Tevez and Andrea Pirlo have already departed.
Vidal is the latest to find the exit, with Paul Pogba and Alvaro Morata also linked with moves. Juve have invested shrewdly so far - Paulo Dybala and Mario Mandzukic are sound additions, the former in particular – but with so much change, they risk a season of transition and disappointment.
