Sinclair wins it for Rovers

Stuart Sinclair settled the game with 18 minutes left when he fired into the top corner to complete Rovers' comeback.

It moved them up to second in the Vanarama Conference, six points behind leaders Barnet, and kept Gateshead seventh.

Matty Pattison had given Gateshead the lead after 18 minutes only for Ollie Clarke to equalise on 59 minutes.

Alex Rodman regained Gateshead's lead three minutes later but the Pirates hit back twice to win the game.

Lee Mansell levelled with 21 minutes left and Sinclair won it with 72 minutes gone when he found the top corner from the edge of the area.
