"Please refrain from any disruptive behaviour. If anyone gets too rowdy I will have to ask you to leave."
Rangers chairman David Somers tries to keep the AGM crowd in order
"When you get to be chairman of Rangers, you get to do it your way."
Somers refuses to budge as the shareholders respond angrily to his hosting skills
"If Dave King wants to speak, he has my email address and telephone number. If he really wants to support the club, why doesn't he contact me? But I will ask him the same questions as before."
Somers insists he is willing to do business with the former oldco director, but only if he reveals the source of his cash and the people backing him
"I think I have given the club enough that I'm going to ask one or two questions. This stadium, the assets that Rangers have that you say you own, and Murray Park ... would you give us an answer: Ticketus, what involvement have they got in this? What involvement have Imran Ahmad and Charles Green still got at this club? Because the two stooges on the end (the Easdale brothers), youse two, who have lied to the Rangers support for the term that you have been in here... can you answer that? See for a chairman that didn't have a good word to say about the departing manager, who's given this club everything... (applause). And to Derek Llambias, I hope you are a better quality guy than the rats at that table."
Former Rangers defender John Brown addresses the top table.
"I respect Ally's decision. I will never say a bad word about him. He will always be a Rangers legend."
Somers reacts to news that Ally McCoist has stepped down as manager after being placed on garden leave.
"First and foremost I'm a Rangers fan. Morton is my home club. I was brought up in Greenock. I'm sure a lot of you have home clubs. Where you were brought up. The decisions I make are always in the best interest of Rangers and its shareholders. And despite what some people have said I am not a puppet - and I'm certainly not a rat."
PLC director James Easdale defends himself against the insults cast his way.
"I'm not here to dictate to fans because I've learned my lessons. All I would say is that I am doing my best, that might not be what you want to hear. I'm doing it for free. I'm putting money in when it's required and we are bringing in people who are trying to put money in to help the club. All we are doing is trying our best for the club. Please believe me, I am on no gravy train at this club, nor is my brother. I've not taken one single penny from this club. I pay my own expenses. Please believe me and trust me. I come from this area and I do not want harm this club in any shape or form."
Football board chairman Sandy Easdale insists he is not out to profit from Rangers.
"We need financial stability off the pitch and great football on the pitch. We want to get Rangers back into the top flight and the Champions League. That is our aim and hopefully next year I will give a much better speech."
New chief executive Derek Llambias introduces himself to the Rangers shareholders.
"I think people in this audience would have a lot more respect for this board if they just admitted they wanted to deal with Mike Ashley. That's the reality. So why don't you just be clear to people and be open, please?"
Former oldco director Paul Murray.
"We all have to move forward. Ally has been a great ambassador for the club and has done a great job for the club. But it is Ally's choice to leave. Not ours. When somebody makes a choice to leave in that position in football, we all have to move on. We are going to give Kenny [McDowall] 100 per cent support and he is going to be in charge for the rest of the season and maybe beyond."
Llambias on the future of the team.
