Jack Thomas scored an 89th-minute equaliser as Mansfield snatched a 2-2 draw in their Sky Bet League Two clash at promotion rivals Oxford.
The third-placed U's had come from behind to lead after a goal in each half from Danny Hylton.

Struggling Dagenham & Redbridge were beaten 2-1 at home by Wycombe in a game that saw both sides reduced to 10 men.
The Daggers had Josh Passley sent off after 31 minutes and initially paid the price as Wycombe's Paul Hayes opened the scoring.
The hosts got back into the game with a 72nd-minute equaliser from Luke Guttridge after Garry Thompson was dismissed but Paris Cowan-Hall won it for the Chairboys three minutes later.
Substitute Tom Conlon struck twice as Stevenage won 2-1 at Hartlepool.
Conlon netted on the stroke of half-time and added another seven minutes after the restart before Pools pulled one back through Billy Paynter.
