Wigan striker Billy McKay moves to Dundee United on loan

Wigan striker Billy McKay has joined Dundee United on a season-long loan deal.

McKay has struggled to nail down a starting place since joining the Latics from Inverness in January, making just nine appearances and failing to score.

"The club can confirm that striker Billy Mckay has joined Dundee United on loan until the end of the season," a statement on Wigan's website read.

McKay has signed in time to be available for United's trip to Ross County this weekend.
