Wolves have signed Jed Wallace from Portsmouth o n a three-year deal.
The midfielder scored 17 goals for Pompey in Sky Bet League Two last season and becomes Kenny Jackett's first summer signing at Molineux.
New Portsmouth boss Paul Cook admitted last week he expected the star to leave Fratton Park and Wolves have confirmed the deal for an undisclosed fee.
Wolves boss Jackett said: "We are delighted to have completed a deal to sign Jed.
"He has a very bright future and has played a lot of football for a 21-year-old and is now ready to make the step up to the Championship. I am looking forward to working with him in the new season."
The 21-year-old scored 30 goals in 121 games for Portsmouth since making his debut in August 2012 and was voted their Player of the Season this year.
A Portsmouth statement read: "Portsmouth Football Club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to Jed for his efforts with Pompey over the past few years and we look forward to watching his continued development at Wolves."
