PSG dominated from start to finish as players such as top scorer Mikkel Hansen were able to enjoy some time on the bench.
Even so, Hansen made his mark when on court, scoring several goals to compliment Croatian right-back Marko Kopljar, who finally gave an indication of what he is capable of with a game-high six goals.
Such was PSG's superiority, they opened up a 32-18 lead and with 10 minutes remaining, the match was effectively over.
The Macedonian champions salvaged some pride as the full-time whistle approached, but PSG's lead was never in doubt and the French club registered their fifth win of the Group A campaign.
Philippe Gardent's side lie second with 10 points from seven outings, two points behind leaders Kiel.
Elsewhere, KS Vive Tauron Kielce continued their winning ways with a comfortable 33-24 victory over Kadetten Schaffhausen.
It was the Polish side's seventh straight win in this season's competition and, along with MKB-MVM Veszprém, they are the only team to boast a 100 per cent record.
Kielce sit atop Group D with 14 points, two points ahead of MOL-Pick Szeged, who qualified for the last 16 with victory over HC Motor Zaporozhye earlier in the week.
Now seven points behind Szeged lie Aalborg after they slipped to a shock defeat at home to Dunkerque.
Victory for the French side, sparked by their 17-year old right-back Tom Pelayo, sees their hopes of reaching the last 16 revived as they moved within a point of their Danish rivals.
Group B leaders Barcelona encountered few problems against Alinsas HK, the Blaugrana stepping up a gear in the second half to ease to a 42-19 win at home to the Swedes.
And Orlen Wisla Plock's chances of reaching the knockout stage were boosted by a 33-30 win over Besiktas MOGAZ HT in Turkey.
In Group C, two unfancied teams threatened to create waves, but in the end both Celje PivovarnaLasko and Chekhovskie Medvedi failed in their bids to upset HC Vardar and MKB-MVM Veszprém respectively.
Vardar claimed their fourth scalp of the competition with a narrow 34-32 win over the Slovenian side while group leaders Veszprem were too good after the break for Russians Chekhovskie Medvedi.
Rounding off the week's action, Rhein-Neckar Löwen are just a point behind Vardar after posting their first away win of the campaign, a 33-29 victory at Montpellier Agglomeration HB.
