Crutchley disappointed as Britain held to second draw

Great Britain hockey head coach Bobby Crutchley believes his side made too many sloppy errors as they were held to a draw against Argentina for the second day in a row.
The match saw landmarks for Dan Shingles and Nick Catlin who were making their 50th and 150th appearance respectively, but there was no dream finish as both defences held firm and forced a 0-0 stalemate.
The Argentine's came out fighting and George Pinner was called into action early before the Brits took control in the second quarter.
But neither side could take advantage of their openings and Crutchley was satisfied to come away with a draw.
"There were good passages and we created some chances but our play on the ball wasn't as good as yesterday," said Crutchley.
"We turned possession over too often, which allowed them into the game and made it a bit scrappy. It was difficult to create consistent pressure as a result.
"They were better today which I expected but they still aimed to play on the break trying to cause us problems that way.
"Some of our defending was very good but overall I'm a bit disappointed. That said they are a good team so it’s not as though we expected to win comfortably."
