July 26 (The Sports Xchange) - Detroit Red Wings defenseman Danny DeKeyser agreed to a six-year deal, the team announced Tuesday.

DeKeyser, who was a restricted free agent, avoided an arbitration hearing slated for Thursday by agreeing to terms. General manager Ken Holland told the Detroit Free Press that the contract is worth $30 million.

The Nashville Predators avoided arbitration by signing restricted free-agent defenseman Petter Granberg to a two-year contract.
Granberg will receive $575,000 at the NHL level and $240,000 at the American Hockey League level, with the latter pact being split for $175,000 in 2016-17 and $650,000 the following season.

Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Brandon Manning avoided arbitration by agreeing to a multi-year deal, the team announced.
According to published reports, Manning's deal is worth $1.95 million over two seasons.

The Toronto Maple Leafs signed forward Trevor Moore to a three-year contract.
Financial terms were not disclosed by the team for Moore, who collected 11 goals and 33 assists in 40 games with the University of Denver last season.

New York Rangers defenseman Sergey Zborovskiy agreed to an entry-level contract, the team announced.
Zborovskiy had 25 points (eight goals, 17 assists) in 64 games for the Regina Pats of the Western Hockey League last season. The 19-year-old from Moscow, Russia was a third-round pick in 2015.
