The 26-year-old led a German clean sweep in front of the home crowd in the morning, edging out compatriot Tatjana Huefner into second with a total time of 1:23.104.
That was just 0.072 seconds quicker than Huefner, while Dajana Eitberger completed an all-German podium with a time of 1:23.359.
But that was not all for double Olympic champion Geisenberger, who completed the weekend's events by taking her place in the team relay alongside Felix Loch, Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt.
And the quartet powered their way to a dominant victory, finishing in a track record time of 2:23.279, more than three quarters of a second faster than the USA in second.
Geisenberger, who has won six of this season's seven women's World Cup races, is now 195 points clear at the top of the individual standings, with Huefner and Eitberger second and third respectively.
