Twice setting a new track record, the double Olympic champion won by 0.408s from compatriot Tatjana Huefner.
The win gave 28-year-old Geisenberger a perfect start to the pre-Olympic season, as she starts the countdown to defending her singles title at Pyeongchang 2018.
Four-time world champion Huefner finished 0.257s clear of a third German, Dajana Eitberger, as the luge powerhouse continued their dominance of the sport.
And Geisenberger, after her runs of 55.401s and 55.323s, said the day could not have been much better.
"It was great fun out there today, especially the second run," said the triple Olympic medallist.
"You really only get one shot on ice like that in these warm temperatures. It was a perfect day all round, both for me and for the German team."
And Huefner admitted that her teammate was just too good in the mild conditions.
"Natalie was untouchable today and she deserves the win. But it was a good first race for me and I'm confident about the rest of the season," said the 33-year-old.
The women's World Cup now moves on to Lake Placid, next weekend. Sportsbeat 2016
