Loch, a four-time world champion, beat fellow German Andi Langenhan and American Chris Mazdzer in the World Cup event with a combined time of 1:39.716 minutes.
He said: "Everything worked out. The first run couldn't have been better. I haven't managed that here in a while. To win like this in front of all the fans is simply awesome."
After a winless December, the 25-year-old's 21st World Cup win extends his lead in the overall standings, now with 463 points at the halfway stage.
Italy's Dominik Fischnaller is second on 366, followed by Langenhan on 323.
Later on Sunday, Loch teamed up with Natalie Geisenberger and the doubles team of Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt to win the team relay in a time of 2:44.493.
It completed a clean sweep for the Germans after Geisenberger had claimed gold in the women's World Cup event with a winning time of 1:41.411, with Canadian Alex Gough and Germany's Dajana Eitberger second and third respectively.
And the German duo of Wendl and Arlt preceded the relay with victory in the World Cup doubles, ahead of compatriots Toni Eggert and Sascha Benecken in second.
