The 26-year-old Olympic and World Cup champion posted a combined time of 1:53.829 having been fastest in both runs of the women's race, beating compatriots Dajana Eltberger by 0.195 and Anke Wischnewski by 0.342.
With four races remaining, Geisenberger has increased her overall standings lead to 244 points, after her closest rival Tatjana Huefner went out early.
It was a superb day again for Geisenberger as she helped the German team to their fourth victory in four races in the relay.
The quartet of Geisenberger, Felix Loch and doubles duo Toni Eggert and Sascha Benecken have now won the team relay in Winterberg, Innsbruck-Igls, Knigssee and Oberhof, and head the overall rankings with 400 points, followed by the USA with 290 and Russia with 250.
The result puts Germany on the brink of reclaiming their Viessmann Team Relay World Cup title, with victory next week in Lillehammer enough to give them yet another gold in the discipline.
