Rio 2016 Breakfast - All last night's golds, Bolt's 'triple triple', plus today's Olympics schedule
Updated 20/08/2016 at 14:39 GMT
Everything you need to know from Friday's action at the Olympic Games in Rio, with Usain Bolt completing the 'triple triple' on his farewell appearance.
Usain Bolt: the end of an Olympic adventure.
The Jamaican signed off with a blistering final leg as Jamaica claimed gold in the 4x100m relay to complete the much-hyped ‘triple triple’ – victories over 100m, 200m and the relay across three successive Games.
Meanwhile, Great Britain’s unlikely quest for second spot in the overall medal table is firmly on track after the women’s hockey team clinched a penalty shootout victory over the Netherlands and Nick Skelton steered Big Star to show jumping gold.
However, there was heartbreak for Lutalo Muhammad as he saw his -80kg taekwondo gold medals hopes vanish in the very last second.
GB have 24 gold medals, two clear of China heading into the final two days of the Games.

Leading Brits
Maddie Hinch was the hero as Great Britain’s women upset the Netherlands to clinch their first Olympic hockey gold medal on penalties.
Goalkeeper Hinch was unbeaten in the shootout, with the 27-year-old also making a flurry of impressive saves in the preceding 3-3 draw.
Nick Skelton earned Britain’s first individual Olympic show jumping medal in 44 years on trusty steed Big Star, but Lutalo Muhammad suffered the most heart-breaking of defeats as the Ivory Coast’s Cheikh Sallah Cisse landed a head kick in the final second to snatch victory and push his rival into silver.
GB set a national record to take bronze in the women’s 4x100m relay – the completion of a remarkable four-year cycle after they failed to qualify for London 2012.
Tom Daley eased into the 10m platform semi-finals after topping the preliminary charts, with Great Britain’s men’s and women’s 4x400m appearing to qualify safely for the finals of their respective events. However, the men’s squad were later disqualified, with the reason not immediately clear.
Biggest shocks
Kenya’s Vivian Cheruiyot claimed a maiden Olympic title in the women’s 5000m, but only after favourite Almaz Ayana disintegrated spectacularly.
Hosts Brazil were left without an Olympic medal in the women's football after being stunned 2-1 by Canada.
