Manu Tuilagi on the bench for Wales clash
Updated 10/03/2016 at 10:31 GMT
Manu Tuilagi will be on the bench for England’s Six Nations match with Wales at Twickenham on Saturday.
The Leicester centre has not played for England for nearly two years due to a string of injuries but could well make an impact from the bench for Eddie Jones’ side.
Second row Maro Itoje also retains his place in an unchanged England team that beat Ireland two weeks ago.
"Tuilagi’s selection to the match day squad is based more on potential than his recent performances in the Premiership," Jones told the England Rugby website. "He has trained well this week and I am pleased with what I’ve seen."
Luke Cowan-Dickie also joins the substitutes after fellow hooker Jamie George picked up a biceps problem. "It is a shame that Jamie George misses out through injury and we wish him well in his recovery, but it provides a great opportunity for Luke Cowan-Dickie to show what he’s about," added Jones.
