A group of All Blacks players has paid tribute to their late team-mate Jerry Collins by taking the Rugby World Cup trophy to his grave.
Collins, a huge figure in New Zealand rugby, was tragically killed alongside his partner Alana Madill in a car crash in France this summer.
The former Ospreys back rower was 34 years old.
Jerome Kaino, Dan Carter, Sonny Bill Williams, Ma'a Nonu and Liam Messam visited his grave on Wednesday, the day that he would have turned 35.
The Samoan-born star played 48 times for the All Blacks between 2001 and 2007, and though he would not have been part of Steve Hansen's squad for the tournament this year, he remained a close friend of several of the other players.
