That was enough to edge out current World Cup leader Sara Takanashi on 249.8 and her Japanese compatriot Yuki Ito on 249.8.
Lundby said: "It was a very good day for me, I am really happy with my jumps. But still it was not perfect. There are always a few little things to improve."
The Norwegian is third in the World Cup standings on 617 points but she still trails the Japanese jumpers with Takanashi and Ito on 895 and 792 points respectively.
For Takanashi, it is a ninth World Cup podium of the season with nine rounds of competition left.
She said: "I am working on very many little details to get my jumps back to the best performance. But the result is very good form and a step in the right direction."
