The Norwegian jumped 97 metres and a whopping 100m as she amassed 248.5 points, ahead of Japan's Yuki Ito and Katharina Althaus of Germany.
Lundby said: "I am really happy today. The whole weekend went good for me. Today I was able to show my best jumps and I am very confident for the upcoming events."
Ito scored her second podium finish of the weekend after her victory on Saturday, but the Japanese skier said she could have done better in the latest round after jumps of 97m and 96.5m.
"I was a bit too late at the take off in both rounds," Ito said. "So my jumps could have been better. I want to try to show my best performance in Zao next weekend."
Sara Takanashi, who finished fourth, leads the overall World Cup with 690 points ahead of Ito with 532 and Lundby with 417 points.
