Neil Robertson sinks Mark Allen to win Champion of Champions title

The Australian, who earned the right to be at the tournament through his Gdynia Open win in March, went up 6-3 and notched a 114 break in the process.

Allen responded with a 112 in the final session but Robertson won the 14th and 15th frames to take the title, which Ronnie O’Sullivan decided not to defend this year.

"I played really well in the first session and the second was a little bit tighter," said Robertson, who took the £100,000 prize money.

"I am very happy and it is the first major title I have picked up in over 12 months."
