He was left blue with envy a year ago.
Chelsea fan Neil Robertson watched Mark Selby lift a second world title in Sheffield on the same night his beloved Leicester City carried off the Premier League last May. It is a scenario Robertson can only dream of.
The Melburnian, who is engaged in a fraught battle with Marco Fu to reach the quarter-finals, would love to celebrate winning a second World Championship while Antonio Conte's side finish the season on a glorious high.

It would mean even if more if his friend John Terry clasps the Premier League in his final season at the club.
Australia’s greatest player won his solitary world title in 2010 when Chelsea last enjoyed a Premier League and FA Cup double under Carlo Ancelotti.

After Chelsea’s 4-2 win over Tottenham in their FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Saturday, there is every chance of a similar outcome under Antonio Conte.
“The last time I won the world title in 2010, Chelsea claimed the double under Carlo Ancelotti,” said Robertson.
“I think now if we can come away from Everton with a good result in the Premier League, we should get the job done.
"After Mark doing it last year, it would be nice to celebrate another blue success with a Chelsea victory this time.”
Terry has already made the sojourn to the Alexandra Palace in London to watch Robertson at the Masters.
He invited Robertson to take the UK Championship trophy into the Chelsea dressing room before a Champions League match with Porto in 2015.
Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho said: "When it comes to snooker, Neil is the special one."
Robertson, 35, would love to parade the old pot around Stamford Bridge.
Terry will finally end his gilded 22-year career at Chelsea at the end of the season after playing only 366 minutes this season.
Robertson admits he would find it difficult if he found himself in a similar position.
“I’ve been chatting to John a bit. He wants to play obviously,” said Robertson.
“I’d hate to be in a position perhaps later in my career where I wanted to play snooker, but couldn’t play on the professional tour.
"John still really enjoys football. He is always training hard, doing all the right things and eats really well.

“Even when he goes on holiday, he posts his result online of the runs and stuff he is doing.
“He is 36 now. I don’t know what he is going to do. Obviously China is an option for him. Good luck to him.”
Terry made his first appearance for Chelsea in 1998 and has progressed to 713 appearances, winning the Champions League, four Premier Leagues, the Europa League, five FA Cups and three League Cups.
Robertson, nicknamed ‘The Thunder from Down Under’, has already advised Terry on where he should end his career.
“I was joking around with him that he should try the A League in Australia after he finishes with Chelsea,” said Robertson.
“Beautiful weather, wonderful summer weather and he can enjoy a great part of the world. He’ll assess what is right for him and his family I guess.
“China is where the money is, but can be a pretty tough place to live.
“I’m not sure if John will be coming up to Sheffield during this tournament. He is more than welcome to. I’ll keep in touch with him.
“It is pretty far away, and even when he isn’t playing for Chelsea, he is always wanting to be at all the away games to support the team.
“You can’t replace that experience in the dressing room even when he isn’t playing every match.”
