Olympic gold medallist Adam Peaty headlines a 41-strong British team headed for Indianapolis for the latest round of the US Pro Swim Series this weekend.
With just seven weeks remaining until April’s British Swimming Championships take place in Sheffield, where selection for this summer's World Championships is up for grabs, the Stateside meet will allow the British team to hone their skills against the world's best swimming nation.
The event, which takes place from March 2-4 at Indiana University, is one of the key events of the Pro Swim Series.
And Peaty is joined in the squad by fellow Rio medallists James Guy, Jazz Carlin and Chris Walker-Hebborn in the British squad, which features a mix of senior and next generation athletes.
"As a team we're really looking forward to this challenge," said British Swimming head coach Bill Furniss.
"It's a new competition for us and will offer a considerable test as we're expecting a good standard of competition in Indianapolis.
"It will be good to bring the senior and the podium potential squads together, where they will be interacting as one group.
"It's a fantastic opportunity for the younger swimmers to learn from their more experienced team-mates but I know the seniors will also learn from the younger athletes."
