'Does Kim know...?' Andy Murray caught up in magazine's baby gaffe

Former Wimbledon finalist Andy Roddick and his model wife Brooklyn Decker are expecting a baby, which is fabulous news. But one American magazine got things badly wrong when reporting the feel-good story.

How does this involve Andy Murray? Well, this was the big issue...

Roddick and Decker have been married for six years and took to Twitter to share their joy with the world, but that inexplicably led to celebrity magazine People reporting something very different.

'Andy Murray and Brooklyn Decker Expecting First Child,' screamed the excited headline, only the big mistake was there for all to see.

Murray, who married childhood sweetheart Kim Sears last month at his Cromlix House in Scotland, quickly became aware of the mistake when Decker herself was informed on Twitter by fellow model Christine Teigen.

Cue a stream of confused, and eventually amused, messages between the stars on the social media platform.

“Does Kim know...?” asked Decker, before Murray replied, “I just got off the phone with her... She seemed fine with it I think...”

Roddick weighed in, telling Murray to “Hide...” before the British number one gave the whole debacle a classy finish with a heartfelt message.
