Fernando Gonzalez will be looking to upset the form books when he takes on world number one and defending champion Roger Federer in the Australian Open final.

Gonzalez booked his place in his first ever Grand Slam final with a supreme display that saw him hit only three unforced errors on his way to a 6-1 6-3 6-1 victory over Tommy Haas.
But Federer was just as emphatic in his semi final win over an in form Andy Roddick dismissing the former world number one and US Open winner 6-4 6-0 6-2.
The smart money is still be on Federer - who has a nine nil record over the Chilean - but the Swiss ace is not taking Gonzalez lightly.
"When you play against Fernando you always know it's going to be dangerous because he's got the ability to steamroll someone," Federer said.
"He's been very consistent, very impressive. I have to make sure I play a good match because anything else is not going to be good enough.
"I'm surprised to see Fernando in the finals. Not anything against him but I thought like a [Nikolay] Davydenko or Nadal would have come through. I think it's great to see a new face on a big stage for a change."
But for his part Gonzalez - who lost in three tight sets the last time the pair played in Basel last year - is determined to approach the match in the last manner as all his other matches.
"I'm trying to do the same thing that I've been doing," said Gonzalez.
"My forehand side I feel I can do anything I want. It is going to be tough but I'm playing at a great level.
"It is the most important match of my life and he's the best player of the last many years, he's winning all the time. He'll have to lose some time, I'm going to try to do it Sunday.
"I never beat him, I don't have any advantage with Roger. But in tennis you always have a new opportunity, I have a really nice opportunity now."
