Konta, who is already the first British woman to reach a Grand Slam semi-final since Jo Durie 33 years ago, faces Angelique Kerber, who overcame in-form Belarusian Victoria Azarenka in her last-eight match.
On the other side of the draw, Williams faces Agnieszka Radwanska, the No 4 seed. And if that is not enough action for you, then first up on Rod Laver Arena is Jamie Murray and Brazilian partner Bruno Soares in the semi-finals of the men's doubles.
Watch every shot of all these matches, and full multi-court coverage of the entire Australian Open, live on the Eurosport Player and TVEurosport.
