Joining presenter David Law was Colin Fleming - part of the team that helped Britain back into the World Group, winning vital doubles rubbers of his own alongside Andy Murray - and Eurosport commentator Simon Reed to review the opening singles clashes and look ahead to Saturday's doubles.
Among the key points discussed, Fleming said: “I think Jamie Murray’s volleys this year have been the best in the world, singles or doubles, they’re incredible.
"I don’t know who Belgium will pick, but I think that regardless of who they go with, Andy and Jamie are a really good team and strong favourites. If they play well, I think they’ll win."
