Joanna Konta near to deal with Maria Sharapova's former coach

Great Britain's Joanna Konta is reportedly close to agreeing a deal with Maria Sharapova's former coach, Michael Joyce.
According to a BBC Sport report, Konta was seen talking to Joyce at the All England Club in Wimbledon.
Joyce could soon become free because Victoria Azarenka is unable to leave California due to a custody case.
Konta stopped working with her previous coach, Belgian Wim Fessette this year after five consecutive defeats saw her fail to qualify for the WTA Finals in Singapore.
Joyce was part of Sharapova's coaching team for six seasons from 2005 until January 2011. Before working with Azarenka, he was coach for American player Jessie Pegula.
