Robson felt a strain in her right thigh and had to pull out of her Aegon International qualifier against Madison Brengle, with the American up 6-4 1-0.
The withdrawal prompted concerns about Robson's participation at Wimbledon, which starts in seven days' time.
The 22-year-old, however, tweeted on Monday morning: "Thanks for the messages. Getting solid treatment on my leg and will be all good for @Wimbledon".
Press Association Sport understands Robson is likely to undergo treatment for her leg on Monday and Tuesday, but hopes to resume training later this week.
Robson has struggled with injuries in recent years but this is a separate issue to the recurring wrist problem that has ravaged her early career.
She reached the last 16 at Wimbledon in 2013 but her ranking has since dropped to 294th in the world and she needed a wild card to make this year's main draw.
Robson has been entering major tournaments using her protected ranking, a privilege extended to players returning from long-term injuries, but after Wimbledon she will have to start qualifying by right.
Victory over Brengle on Sunday would have sent her into the first round at Eastbourne after she beat China's Yifan Xu 7-5 7-6 (7/4) in her opening qualifier on Saturday.
