Wet weather has delayed the scheduled start of play at the French Open by at least half an hour, organisers said on Tuesday, one day after the claycourt tournament suffered a first total washout in 16 years.
World number one Novak Djokovic was due to start proceedings on Court Philippe Chatrier against Spain's Roberto Bautista Agut in a fourth-round encounter.
However, steady rain meant play would not start before 0930 GMT, organisers said.
The Williams sisters and British second seed Andy Murray, who is set to take on local favourite Richard Gasquet in a quarter-final clash, are also on the day's schedule.
