Great Britain's gymnasts suffered an agonising finale as they slipped to fourth place in the men's team final as Japan won gold at Rio 2016.

Britain found themselves in third place for much of the dramatic competition, behind Japan and Russia, but China managed to come through and take bronze.
Bronze medallists in 2012, Britain even eyed an unlikely gold medal at various stages of the final, but the team were left dejected without a medal.
Louis Smith suffered a fall during his pommel routine - the final part of the competition - as Britain's fate was confirmed in dramatic fashion.
Japan were comprehensive winners with a stunning team performance across the board.
