Middle-distance star Muir was beaten to gold by Dibaba in both the 1,500m and 3,000m at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Birmingham, with coach Aden, who denies doping offences, having been arrested by Catalan police as part of an anti-doping operation in June 2016.
Muir won a silver medal in the 1,500m and a bronze in the 3,000m in Birmingham and admitted she finds racing against Ethiopia's Dibaba "difficult".
"It can be difficult but I think I've always said that no matter who's on the start line, I'll race against them,” said the 24-year-old.
"The reason I'm in this sport is because I enjoy it and nobody is going to stop me from enjoying it.
"It is what it is. All I can do is concentrate on my performances."
Muir's coach Andy Young added: "[Dibaba's] association with a certain coach is not particularly healthy for the sport."
The Netherlands' Sifan Hassan, who took silver in the 3,000m silver and bronze in the 1,500m, refused to smile on the podium in Birmingham, hinting at her also holding a disparaging view of Dibaba.
Young added: “We saw Hassan at the stairs. She was lovely. It was all great.
“I don't think she was expressing disappointment. I think she was expressing her contempt for the gold medallist and her associations."
