Aberdeen's Zoey Clark, North Ayrshire's Jemma Reekie, Edinburgh's Chris O'Hare and Glasgow's Neil Gourley all scooped gold medals and automatically qualified for the continental gathering.
Clark won the race of the day, speeding to 400m gold in 52.85s and besting two internationals in Eilidh Doyle and Meghan Beesley in the process.
"I’m thrilled to come through with the win," said the 25-year-old, who bagged relay bronze at last summer's European Championships in Berlin.
"This is really only my second year over 400m, but I’m glad I’ve had a year to get some experience under my belt.
"It was such a high-quality field with so many good performers in it so to beat some of those girls will give me a lot of confidence.
"Every opportunity I can get to run in Scotland, I’m going to grab it and I’m so looking forward to racing in that atmosphere."
Meanwhile Katarina Johnson-Thompson scored outright long jump victory as she prepares to go for pentathlon gold in Glasgow from March 1-3.
The multi-eventers 6.46m leap was inside the qualification standards to compete as an individual athlete in the long jump at the European Indoors.
