Fourcade missed just one shot all race and came home first in Russia, to clinch the World Cup title in the pursuit discipline.
The Frenchman had already claimed the sprint crown on Friday, as well as a record seventh successive overall title, and he now has three of the four individual crystal globes as well.
All that remains is the mass start, with Fourcade looking to complete a clean sweep of World Cup titles for the third successive season, and fourth overall.
He finished 47.9 seconds clear of Thingnes Boe, with Italian Lukas Hofer a further 21 seconds back in third place.
As a result, Thingnes Boe finished second overall in the pursuit standings 32 points behind Fourcade, with Anton Shipulin third.
The final event of the season will take place on Sunday, with Fourcade looking to wrap up the mass start title, as well as extend his run of consecutive podium finishes, having made the top three in every World Cup event he has started this season.
He currently leads Thingnes Boe in the mass start standings by 54 points with one race to go.
