Victory was their first of the season after finishing down in fifth a week ago in Oberhof and means that three different countries have won the first three women's relay events of the season so far.
The French quartet were dominant from the off, Simon and Bescond missing just one shot between them out of 20 to put them in charge.
And, after Bescond, Braisaz and Chevalier all cracked the top ten of the individual sprint on Thursday, they were not to be denied thereafter.
Second on the day was the Norwegian women's quartet – their first relay podium of the season – while third were hosts Germany after their second place in Oberhof last week.
