Darya Domracheva defied heavy snow and poor visibility to take herself to the top of the sprint podium after dominating the women's 7.5km race in Hochfilzen.

The triple Olympic champion from Sochi 2014 finished more than 22 seconds ahead of closest challenger Anastasiya Kuzmina of Slovakia who took silver, while bronze went to Dorothea Wierer of Italy.
They were to both miss shots on the range while Belarus' Domracheva stayed perfect throughout, completely deserving of taking the win in Austria.
She started strongly and only got better thereon, powering up the hills to boost her advantage to 30 seconds at one stage.
Denise Herrmann, double winner last week, had expected to be challenging for the medals in Hochfilzen but missed a shot at prone and three standing to put her out of contention for the top honours.
And from there nobody was able to match Domracheva, winning her first World Cup event since March 2015 when she won the pursuit in Khanty-Mansiysk.

The biathlon action continues on Saturday, with the men's 12.5km pursuit up first and quickly followed by the women's 10km pursuit, all before Sunday's relay events.
