The Slovakian – a double Olympic champion in the 7.5km sprint - had been without success in any discipline since March 2014 before her weekend 10km pursuit win in Hochfilzen.
But she backed that up in style with 7.5km sprint victory on the French slopes, crossing the line in a time of 20:59.60 - with no penalties picked up along the way.
It proved a comfortable win for Kuzmina as Germany's Laura Dahlmeier secured the silver medal 33.9 seconds back, with Ukraine's Vita Semerenko taking bronze, a further 7.5s behind.
None of the top four athletes picked up shooting penalties, with fifth-place Denise Herrmann, of Germany, picking up one from standing.
After three events, Kuzmina tops the World Cup sprint standings on 140 points, with Herrmann second on 113 and Semerenko two points further behind.
