The race doubled up as the European Championships and Jamanka and Drazek secured both honours on their home track, their total time of 1:41.70 enough to take the win.
Indeed, the German pair registered identical times of 50.85 seconds in each run to underline their consistency, the quickest time in each heat seeing them prevail by 0.36 seconds.
Elana Meyers Taylor and Lake Kwaza slid to second, despite being sat third after the first run, a superb 50.88 second effort seeing them cross in a combined time of 1:42.06.
That saw them leapfrog Germany's Stephanie Schneider and Ann-Christin Strack, who had to settle for third in the World Cup, though that was enough to claim second in the European Championships.
Katrin Beierl and Jennifer Jantina Oluumi Desire Onasanya of Austria claimed fourth in the World Cup and the last spot on the European podium by stopping the clock in 1:42.69.
Meanwhile, Britain's McNeill and Douglas had to settle for World Cup sixth place, despite being in contention for a podium spot for a second successive week.
The pair sat in fifth place after the first run but could only register the eighth-best time in the second, seeing them slip down the rankings to miss out on a medal in Koenigssee.
