The seven-strong squad for the competition in Sofia, which start on June 5, includes Commonwealth gold medallists Price and Ryan, fellow Gold Coast champion Lisa Whiteside and silver medallist Paige Murney.
Demie-Jade Resztan, Ebonie Jones and Karriss Artingstall make up the team hoping to bring medal glory home to Britain.
Reigning European middleweight champion Natasha Gale has been left out of the squad after GB Boxing opened up a disciplinary process against the fighter as a result of "unacceptable conduct".
Middleweight Price claimed bronze in the 2014 Commonwealths and the 2016 European championships, adding to her third-placed European finish as a welterweight in Rotterdam in 2011.
And being no stranger to a medal, the 23-year-old has vowed to stand atop the rostrum when she competes in Bulgaria, insisting victory would top her Commonwealth success Down Under.
"I am really looking forward to going out to Bulgaria and my aim is to win gold and stand on the top of that podium," said the Newport fighter.
"I know the competition is a lot tougher at the Europeans with the strength of all the countries that take part so winning gold in Bulgaria will probably mean more to me than the Commonwealths because of who I will be up against."
Derby's Ryan, who won bronze in the championships in 2016, thinks that moving up to welterweight from light welterweight has improved her chances of claiming a European crown.
Ryan said: "This weight class suits me as I do not have to cut weight as much and I feel much stronger and more confident.
"I feel good and I am not worried who I come up against out there in Bulgaria."
GB Boxing's performance director Rob McCracken has called on the fighters to build on their strong Commonwealth showing with European success.
McCracken said: "The boxers did very well at the Commonwealth Games and the challenge now is to build on that success and reproduce that same level of performance at the European Championships, which is always a tough assignment."
