Leon Haslam won Race 2 at Cadwell Park to cap a perfect weekend and extend his lead at the top of the British Superbikes standings.
The JG Speedfit Kawasaki rider had a brilliant battle with Jake Dixon (RAF Regular & Reserves Kawasaki) where the lead was continually swapped over the closing laps.
However, Dixon made a risky move on the final lap but could not stop his bike in time, eventually dropping back to third when he returned to the track.
It meant Bradley finished second in the podium places and Haslam extends his lead in the title race to 100 over Dixon, and is 31 points ahead on podium credits that are taken into the Showdown.
Race 1
Leon Haslam strengthened his lead at the top of the British Superbikes Championship with victory in Race 1 at Cadwell Park.
The JG Speedfit Kawasaki rider took his eighth victory at the circuit after a brilliant battle with pole-sitter Bradley Ray (Buildbase Suzuki).
Jake Dixon (RAF regular & reserve Kawasaki) also confirmed his spot in the end-of-season Showdown – the shootout between the top six riders at the final three rounds – by snatching third from BeWiser Ducati’s Glenn Irwin on the final lap.
However, Dixon's friend and rival Danny Buchan – who started the day sixth in the standings – had his hopes dashed after an early crash.
