The 25 Belgian riders in the peloton at the Eneco Tour will have an extra incentive in pushing for victory on Saturday, as stage 3 sees the tour cross the border and head into the land of sumptuous waffles, fine chocolate and strong beer.

Not that the cyclists will be able to partake of the delicacies on offer though, as the likes of Phillipe Gilbert, Leif Hoste, Axel Merckx as well as Tom Boonen will be looking to take victory at the end of the 185 kilometre jaunt, ending in the picturesque town of Westmalle.
Friday saw a perfectly-timed breakaway from Italian Manuel Quinziato decide the stage, leaving Tom Boonen uninterested in contesting a sprint for second.
Phillipe Gilbert of Francaise des Jeux and Discovery Channel's Leif Hoste both have the power to leave the pack standing in the way Quinziato did on Friday, though unless Nick Nuyens or Wouter Weylandt can join them, expect the Quickstep boys to chase down anybody who tries their luck within the final ten kilometres.
One rider who could spoil the party though is Italy's Simone Cadamuro. The Milram rider has shown an impressive turn of speed in sprints so far, and if anyone was to upstage Tom Boonen over the final few metres, it could be him.
