Lotto-Soudal's Thomas de Gendt produced a sensational solo ride to win Stage 3 of the Tour of Catalunya and take the overall lead of the race.
De Gendt was one of five riders who launched an early breakaway, building a lead of up to three minutes at its peak.
And the 31-year-old Belgian took advantage of a shortened stage and some crashes in the peloton to solo clear in the final kilometres and hold off a chasing group containing some of the biggest names in the race.
Nairo Quintana, Thibaut Pinot, Simon Yates and Mathias Frank were all hot on De Gendt's heels, with the gap at the line being down to just 20 seconds.
