From 2-4 May leading contenders from the FIA European Rally Championship will be battling for glory on Rally Islas Canarias. Here's a guide to leg two's stages.
SS9/13 Arucas (7.18km):Leg two begins close to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Starting from Bañaderos and heading towards Arucas, this is a wide stage run on good asphalt. A spectacular right-hand junction at Arucas links to a section of road used last year, which runs from La Montañeta in the direction of Cambalud.

SS10/14 Moya (15.28km):Moya is the longest stage on the final leg. Crews tackle a roundabout at the start before heading towards Fontanales on a twisty and challenging road. After Fontanales, a new section connects with Montaña Alta and includes a tricky right-hand junction.

SS11/15 Gáldar (14.95km):An all-new stage start provides a fresh test for competitors as they near the end of this tough event. Running parallel to one of Gran Canaria’s main roads, this narrow route takes crews to Hoya de Pineda following a left junction. The following section is well-known in Rally Islas Canarias history. After Caideros, a fast right junction closely followed by a left at Lomo El Palo leads to the finish.

SS12/16 Valleseco (14.57km):The rally-closing test leaves Fontanales towards Monte Gusano. Engine power is key on this section and there’s a jump that will provide added entertainment. From there, drivers need to maintain a good rhythm as the road rises and falls. A new section from Los Lavadores to Valleseco will challenge competitors to the finish.
