Former ERC champ Kopecký turns taxi driver

ŠKODA Motorsport’s star Czech driver, winner of his home round of the ERC last August, gave members of the public the chance to experience the make’s Fabia R5 in somewhat unusual circumstances.

Several ‘R5 Taxi’ stands were installed in Prague’s old town and Kopecký was on hand to give those keen to have a go a “real adrenaline treat”, according to the company’s press release.

Afterwards, Kopecký said: “It was magnificent with Prague full of tourists and locals. I was amazed at how many people always gathered around the car. I was really surprised.”
